DESCRIPTION: WHITE POWDERY PRODUCT WITH EXCELLENT CHEMICAL STABILITY AND ELECTRICAL PERFORMANCE, CAN BE SOLVED IN SUNDEX. TISSUEMAT E IS OF LOW MOLECULE POLYETHYLENE, WHOSE SOFTENING POINT (OVER 100) REACHES THAT OF HIGH MOLECULE CONTENT POLYETHYLENE, MELTING VISCOSITY AND HARDNESS REACHES THAT OF WAX. AS A LUBRICANT, IT HAS STABLE CHEMICAL PERFORMANCE AND EXCELLENT ELECTRICAL PERFORMANCE.

 

WITH A STRONG COMPATIBILITY WITH POLYETHYLENE, POLYPROPYLENE, POLYVINYL ACETATE, ETHYLENE-PROPYLENE RUBBER AND BUTYL RUBBER, TISSUEMAT E CAN MODIFY FLUIDITY OF POLYETHYLENE, POLYPROPYLENE AND ABS AS WELL AS DE-MOLDING PERFORMANCE OF POLYMETHYLACRYIC METHANOIC ACID AND MAKROLAN. IF COMPARED WITH PVC AND OTHER EXTERNAL LUBRICANT, TISSUEMAT HAS STRONGER INTERNAL LUBRICATION EFFECT. BESIDES, IT CAN ALSO BE USED FOR INK, PAPER, CONDENSED MASTER BATCH, BIOLOGICAL DOUBLE DEGRADATION MASTER BATCH, MULCH FILM AND CANDLE ETC. APART FROM PAINT, HOT MELTING GLUE AND ADHESIVE ETC.
